The installation and use of a chute system includes many different risks, for example: chute blockage, chute failure, chute collapse, chute fire, electrocution, fall from height, debris spillage.

An incorrect installation or misuse of the chute can result in serious injury or death.

Falling objects can exit the chute discharge at anytime without notice.

A falling object can seriously injure or kill persons below or near the chute discharge.

Do NOT stand below the chute. Do NOT look up the chute. Do NOT handle the chute. Keep away from the chute discharge at all times. See adjacent Safety Notice.
